Welcome to Masless (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Masless (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies published on the Site (collectively referred to as the “Terms”), set out the terms on which we offer you access to and use of the Site, services, and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, registering, or using the Site and/or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site and Services following any such changes constitutes your agreement to the amended Terms.

REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

1.1. You are eligible to register on the Site if you are above the legal age for purchasing products in your country of residence.

1.2. When using or accessing the Services, you agree that you will:

  • Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of, and restricting access to and use of, your account and password, and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password;
  • Agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security;
  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your use of the Services as required by us; and
  • Provide us with any additional information requested by us.

All content included on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors (“Intellectual Property Rights”). You agree that you have no right to use any of our Intellectual Property Rights without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved and retained by us or our licensors.

WARRANTIES

The Services are provided to you on an “as is” basis without representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, conditions, and representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or collateral.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. As a buyer, you agree that we are not responsible for examining or warranting the listings or content provided by us or third parties through the Services.

LIABILITY & INDEMNITIES

We will not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting directly or indirectly from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our Services;
  • Pricing, shipping, or other guidance provided by us;
  • Delays or disruptions in our Services;
  • Viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing or linking to our Services;
  • Bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in our Services;
  • Damage to your hardware device from the use of our products or Services;
  • The content or actions of third parties using our Services; or
  • A suspension or other action taken by us with respect to your use of the Services.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Use and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

These Terms of Sale set out the terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which products are available on Masless.com or on our mobile application (the “Site”) to you as a buyer.

WARRANTY POLICIES FOR THE PRODUCT

We provide a 60-day warranty for eligible items purchased through our platform. The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Items are misused or mishandled;
  • Items are accidentally damaged;
  • Items are water damaged.
