Returns Policy

At Masless.com, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the details of our returns policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Requests can be submitted within 10 days of product delivery.
  • Reasons for Returns:
    • Defective product.
    • Wrong product received.
    • Change of mind (provided the product is returned in its original condition).
  • Condition of Items: Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, meeting the quality and shape standards. Packaging is not mandatory, but the item must meet inspection criteria.

Return Process

  • Initiating a Request: Contact us via email at [email protected] or call our customer support team.
  • Inspection:
    • All returned products will undergo a quality inspection to determine eligibility for a refund or exchange.
    • If a product is deemed ineligible (e.g., damaged by misuse), the return request will be declined, and the product will be sent back to the customer.
  • Rejected Returns:
    • If a return is rejected, we will make two (2) delivery attempts to return the product.
    • If unclaimed after thirty (30) days, the product will be liquidated, and the customer will no longer be able to claim it. Requests for the product after this period will incur a return fee of 19 AED.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Wrong Products: Shipping costs will be covered by Masless.com.
  • Change of Mind: Customers will be charged a 19 AED shipping fee for returns initiated for reasons other than product defects.
