Condition of Items: Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, meeting the quality and shape standards. Packaging is not mandatory, but the item must meet inspection criteria.

Change of Mind: Customers will be charged a 19 AED shipping fee for exchanges initiated for reasons other than product defects.
