Delivery Policy

At Masless.com, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for our customers. Below are the details of our delivery and shipping process:

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Expansion to other regions may occur in the future.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery Charges: A flat delivery fee of 19 AED applies to all orders, with no free shipping options at this time.
  • Delivery Method: All orders are shipped and delivered by our in-house domestic shipping team to ensure reliability.

We strive to provide clear and fair shipping terms for our customers. Below are additional details about our shipping process:

Packaging

  • We ensure that all shipments are protected and delivered in perfect condition to our customers.

Order Tracking and Notifications

  • Tracking:
    • Registered customers can track the status of their orders via the “My Account” section on the Masless platform.
    • Guest customers can follow updates through the email provided at the time of purchase.
  • Notifications: Customers will receive email updates at every stage of the order process, including confirmation, shipping, and delivery.
  • Confirmation Calls: For first-time orders, customers may receive an outgoing call or WhatsApp message to confirm their order details.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Shipments are delivered hand-to-hand only. If there are any issues with the delivery, customers can visit our “Contact Us” page to submit a request.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • We make three delivery attempts on three different days if the customer is unavailable. If no response is received, the shipment will be returned to our base.
  • Customers will not be charged an additional fee for re-shipping after address correction.

Damages and Missing Items

  • Damaged Items: If a shipment is damaged upon opening, customers should contact us immediately, and we will send a replacement.
  • Missing Items: In the rare case of missing items, customers should report the issue within 10 days of delivery. This will be fully handled by our internal shipping team.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers returning items due to a change of mind or upgrade will incur a shipping fee of 19 AED. Returns due to defects or issues with the product will not incur any charges.
